The main reference of all efficient organizations is the ISO 9001 standard. It is implemented by more than one million companies worldwide. The last version of the standard ISO 9001:2015 brings to organizations a more modern vision of quality assurance, pragmatic, dynamic, and more focused on expectations of organizations. This new version also brings new concepts on management of risks, opportunities, and it extends its application to the various relevant parts of the organization.
Bringing a service of high quality to satisfy our customers and providing the best solutions to their complex and changing needs is our permanent goal. We are committing ourselves to focus on the customers’ satisfaction as well as on the conformity of services provided in order to respect the internal and external requirements of MD101.
This is why MD101 devoted its best efforts to implement an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the first semester of 2016. Now, it is with great pleasure that we, Mathieu Charleux and Cyrille Michaud, announce the launch of MD101’s Quality Management System on Monday July 4th 2016.
